1. DVD Discs

We produce our DVDs on high quality DVD-R and DVD+ R discs. Most DVD players will accept either of these discs but it is advisable to consult your manufacturer/supplier for your particular DVD player to check that it will accept either type of disc. If there are any limitations with your particular DVD player please advise us at the time of placing an order.

2. Delivery Time

We aim to complete and despatch orders within 5 to 28 working days from receipt. For larger orders of 10 or more DVDs please contact us for a delivery time.

3 .Complaints Procedure

If you have a quality complaint please e-mail us at info@bethestar.co.uk within 7 days of receipt of order. Please detail the nature of your complaint and the make and model of your DVD player or computer. We shall investigate the situation and endeavour to rectify the problem as soon as possible to your satisfaction.

4. Website amendments

We may alter the pricing and information on our website at any time and the changes will take effect immediately.

5. Be the Star Confidentiality Policy

We promise to respect the confidentiality of your identity. we will not supply your contact information to any third party companies unless you specifically ask us to.

From time to time we may e-mail you with special offers and other related news. However, you can remove yourself from mailing list by simply replying to an sent message form Be the Star and placing the word "REMOVE" in the subject line.

6. Disclaimers

Be the Star will not be liable for any economic losses (including, without limitation, loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings), any loss of goodwill or reputation, or special, indirect or consequential damages (however arising, including negligence) arsing out of or in connection with this Agreements.

7. Currency

All prices quoted are in UK Pounds inclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.

8. Payment terms

UK Cheques/Postal Orders: We currently accept cheques or postal orders in GBP made payable to 'Professional DVD Services'. The cheque needs to be bank cleared prior to the commencement of work. This may take up to 5 working days.

Online Credit Card Payments: You can pay online by Credit Card/Debit Card suing our secure payment processing service offered by Worldpay.
